3-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 3-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within  days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@trggears.com with your order number and reason for return. Our friendly representatives will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return is safely delivered to us.

Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when contacting our customer service team. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability.

Non-Refundable Items: Please note that certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including gift cards, personalized or customized products, and final sale items. Additionally, any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
